Please read carefully as there will be no exceptions. In the unlikely event you do have DOAs, You must notify us via email within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of deceased item(s), name(s) of deceased item(s), and any other pertinent information. Please send the above information to sales@globalreefsupply.com. Once we receive the information and digital photos, the claim will be processed in a timely manner. If the claim is approved we will send you replacement(s) in your future order. We do not give refunds. Please do not discard specimens without our consent as this will void our guarantee. Customer must receive package(s) on the first delivery attempt -- even if the delivery service provider is late. We will not issue refunds or credit for shipping costs.
